Church Health and Temple Israel are pleased to co-host a Jewish Cooking Series, aimed at engaging young adults in the art, origins, tradition and technique behind time-honored Jewish recipes and holiday traditions. This program fosters community, understanding and inter-generational connections while familiarizing guests with Church Health’s mission.
March's class celebrates a traditional dish of Passover: Matzo Ball Soup. TI clergy will lead a discussion, followed by a hands-on, mini cooking class with the Church Health Nutrition team. Participants will enjoy a tasting paired with drink and go home with the dishes they prepare to freeze or enjoy during the holiday. Pre-registration is required. At-the-door registration is not available.
Registration will close on Sunday, March 24.
